These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
ChefAI is an iOS application that provides users with recipe generation services. The App may offer free and paid subscription plans to access additional features and content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChefAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
